The integrated amplifier in the BASS600 pumps out 400 Watts RMS (600 max) through its eight-inch speaker, and features a low pass crossover (adjustable from 20 to 150Hz) and a subsonic filter (adjustable from 20 to 50Hz), as well as a control for adjusting the input sensitivity from 0.2V to 6V.  Great little amp and sub July 31, 2010

Get the right wire set first. This little unit is very easy to set up and the sound is great, especially for something this size. The hardest part is running your wires, which would be true with any car audio equipment. The sound is rich and full and the unit can help the mid-range sound if, like my little BMW which has room for only 4 4X6 speakers, tends to lean to upper frequencies. I don't know anything about the manufacturer, but initial quality is up there. If you don't have room (or money) for big amp and big subwoofer, get this one. I am quite pleased.

This subwoofer was exactly what I was looking for. I was small and compact so it could fit under the seat of my 2007 WRX. It also puts out enough bass so the music sounds right, especially Hip Hop and Rap. Also it is a lot better priced than the subwoofer Subaru sells, and I bet it sounds better.

This product delivers as described. It sounds great and fills in the Low's that I am missing. I am using this sub with my OEM speakers. The OEM speakers had hardly any bass or would distort when the bass was turned up. I did not listen much to music in the car until I got this sub. It brings out what was missing, the bass to support the music.

I have been dealing with car audio for years and when I saw this sub I was very skeptical of it producing any bass at all. After I installed this sub I was amazed by how much bass this sub produces you'd think it's a sub twice the size and a box three times the size. This is an unbelievable deal. This sub won't rattle the car next to you but it will give you the best possible sound for the money. It was easy to install didn't need any extra accessories just a wiring kit.

Para iniciar aclaro que no soy amante de los sonidos graves en exceso, los prefiero solo como refuerzo.
Este bajo amplificado cumple su cometido a la perfección.
Esta es una pieza que compré para sacar el cajón de bajos (boombox) del maletero, ganar espacio y no tener tanto peso muerto en el auto.
Es fácil de instalar, no ocupa mucho espacio y con el cable del control del cable colocado en la cónsola inferior del timón se puede controlar la intensidad del sonido con mucha facilidad.
El equipo de sonido actual es básico, cd player, componentes en parte delantera y coaxiales 6x9 de cuatro vías en la bandeja trasera y el Boss Audio BASS600 8-Inch Low-Profile Amplified Subwoofer en el maletero.
