It is compatible with most 1996* and later vehicles and installs in seconds. Connection is made through your vehicle's onboard diagnostic port (OBDII - all vehicles have this port, usually located around the drivers footwell). When connected to an iPhone / iTouch / iPad or any other compatible device with compatible software, you will see in real time any available engine data and have the ability to check and cancel engine warning lights (This can cost £35 + at a dealer each time) Other functionality when using an iPhone includes GPS and acceleromitor information.
