This quality 0.5m cable connects your iPod, iPhone 3G(S) + 4G, mp3 player or phone to your car via the aux in socket (present on many modern cars). This allows you to listen to your music from the iPod through your car's stereo system with excellent sound quality. The cables have a robust design with dual moulded connecters - this means they last longer than other cheaper cables and so do not need replacing. The cables also have 24k gold plated connectors and a low loss wire core to ensure great sound quality that lasts. They are ROHS compliant meaning they fully comply with the latest European standards. The cables are compatible with cars which have a 3.5 mm aux input into stereo. These look like headphone sockets and may be located in the stereo unit, glove box or centre console. Placed the order on Tuesday, goods were dispatched on Wednesday and I recieved it on Monday, at home, in Spain!! Absolutely wonderful. The cable works perfect, and 50 cm is the perfect lenght of the cable (at least for my car) and the package is perfect. I will probably buy more things from Incarcables.

This appeared to be a well-constructed and quality cable, but the large plastic shrouds at each end can cause a problem with a cased iphone 3GS. I keep the phone permanently in a Gear hard case, and the design does not permit this plug to be fully pushed home and therefore it does not work.
The suppliers (InCarCables) were excellent in dealing with this issue and could not have been more helpful.

I bought these thinking that they would be as bad as others I had bought from Halfords, but how wrong was I. The sound quality is perfect, no hissing or anything (unlike previous purchase). I certainly would recommend them. My aux connection is just by my handbrake and my iPod fits neatly in the well just below - my playlists are already set so there is no need to have access to fwd onto other songs. Perfect buy and so cheap.

I bought this to play my iPod through the car stereo and save filling every
cubby-hole with CD's. It works a treat and I haven't had any problems with reception, although some of the older music needs turning right up but I guess that's more to do with older quality CD's?? I just set the volume to max on the iPod and alter it with the stereo controls.
As far as the cable goes, great product, sturdy construction, does exactly what it needs to. Really pleased I chose this make.
