As you can see from the images provided the transmitter is compact and attractive in its design so it wont stick out like a sore thumb. The blue backlight finishes this transmitter off perfectly with a neon blue LCD and clear digital display. This item can be used with any radio player so feel free experiment at home or work. Great Budget Option August 23, 2010 Dubbel (London, England) Great little unit that connects through the headphone jack and sounds clear and crisp with no real need to readjust the audio settings. Good robust signal and works well off the cigarette lighter adapter. My only gripes are a short power lead restricting where I can rest it and interference from the phone when I moved between mobile cells. This could be eliminated by putting the phone into aeroplane mode. All in all though, an absolute steal for the price!
I also purchased the Tecknet MT-096 at the same time, which has a dock connection for the iphone and also charges the phone whilst in use. This was a big mistake. Unlistenable, hissy, muffled, limp signal. Stick with the Lupo to avoid disappointment.
LUPO MP3 FM Transmitter August 11, 2010 ken Works well at sending an FM signal to the car radio.Otherwise not too impressed. Battery cover will only stay on when no batteries inserted. Otherwise it takes a piece of sellotape to stop it dropping off. Also I cannot persuade it to store FM frequencies on its 3 pre-sets other than those it came with.
Not bad for the price August 8, 2010 MG Well firstly, if youre going get one of these for the car, then realise the quality is not going to be perfect due to the changing transmissions coming through your radio. That said, this does a decent job of transmitting my mp3 player through the radio.
Pretty easy to do, you find a free fm signal to transmit onto, connect the transmitter to your mp3 player (it will need batteries or the helpfully attached car cigarette lighter charger) and away you go. As i mention, the quality is variable, but as long as youre willing to accept the quality isnt crystal clear, then you should be satisified with this - however i imagine it varies based on the parts of the country youre in. The build quality of the product could be better as well, with the wire coming loose occasionally for no reason
Otherwise, if you keep into account the price youre paying, this is a decent gadget.
its ......ok August 4, 2010 Brownstar A little interference on some channels, but generally ok. Power supply for car adapter DOES NOT WORK though.
lupo July 27, 2010 R. Newell This transmitter is good for what it costs it has some interance from time to time but is worth the money
