I have had a pervious system that I returned as it had far too many cables and the pouches the screens fitted in were difficut to fit. This system has minimal wires, and straps directly to the headrest uprights. Can be fitted and removed in a few minutes and DVDs can be changed without removing the system.
Picture quality is veryu good and price is competative for a decent branded product.

bought this for the car. very pleased, great looking picture and easy to set up and use. would have given 5 stars, but......then decided to buy another 2 screens (as got an MPV and wanted all the kids to be able to watch easily), was near a Tescos at the time, and bought their cheapy £80 dual screen DVD - half the price of this. the screen quality is just as good PLUS you get a remote PLUS a carry case with it, so there seems little point in ever buying the Philips one at this price. the philips DVD was slightly louder so therefore can be used in the car without eraphones, and it does play a wider variety of file/film types, but if all you're going to use it for is DVDs with the kids wearing headphones, it really isn't worth the extra cash.

Great for use in car, but the mainscreen doesn't have a re-chargeable unit so no good if you want to use it on a plane or anywhere else that doesn't have a mains socket!
