What a waste of money!!! this is the slowest USB I have ever used. I have thrown in the bin because it's so bad.

Looks pretty compared to my dull black Kingston 1Gb flash drive. I was looking forward to a great opportunity to put masses of tracks onto a drive and be able to enjoy a range of music in a pocket size format.
I loaded 8Gb of Mp3 music and plugged it into the USB socket on my Denon RCD M37DAB amplifier. It showed up as empty and then, when back in my PC, it was not recognised by Windows Media Player and would not format under Windows in FAT or NTFS. Didn't contact byteStor but went to Amazon site for return slip to apply for refund.
My old Kingston 1Gb flash drive still works fine so I doubt that it is a problem with the amplifier.
Any ideas people?

The 8GB USB High Speed flash drive has proved to be excellent value for money. It is able to store all that I need it to and is just so very handy. I can store documents and data that I use in my job and transport them home where I can continue to work on them. My previous flash drive had quite a limited capacity and so this is quite a revelation.
Getting photos off my computer June 1, 2010

I take a lot of photos under various headings of family, work, pleasure and wanted to get them off my computer and also take them with me to show the family. I got the 8GB USB as it will be a while till it gets filled up. I am very happy with its ease of use and handy shape, etc. The first time I have used one but it is easy to use.Good product
